1. Overview of Collaboration
HUE Workflow is a cloud-based workflow service that digitizes a variety of internal approval requests and applications, such as seal applications and equipment purchases, to achieve paperless and centralized information management. HUE Workflow" is a cloud-based workflow service that enables paperless and centralized management of information by digitizing various internal company approvals and applications, such as seal applications and equipment purchases.
Through this linkage, contracts that have been internally approved on HUE Workflow are transferred to the DocuSign platform with a single click, and the contract transmission to the other party, conclusion, return, and storage are completed seamlessly. This reduces the time required for internal approval and completion of contract signing.
No special skills are required to set up system linkage. The system can be easily set up using only a browser, so administrators can complete the linkage setup with minimal burden.

2. What can be achieved through collaboration
Accelerate your business by shortening the time it takes to conclude a contract
Simply digitizing in-house applications and eliminating paper will increase operational efficiency. However, with paper contracts, the subsequent contract signing process involves time-consuming tasks such as coming to the office to affix a seal, mailing the document, and waiting for the contract to be returned to the office. By digitizing the contract signing process, this time can be reduced. In addition, this collaboration enables seamless completion from in-house approval to contract signing, which significantly shortens the time required to complete the contract and accelerates business.
Simultaneously improves operational efficiency and strengthens internal controls
HUE Workflow also facilitates progress management at the internal application stage with an automatic reminder function to the approver and a discussion function that allows communication with the applicant without sending the application back.
Furthermore, with this new linkage, the status of contracts can be viewed at a glance on "HUE Workflow" without the need to log in to "Docusign" during the contracting process. Since the executed contracts are stored in "HUE Workflow," even applicants without a "Docusign" account can check the contract documents at any time. Since internal applications and contract documents can be linked and stored together, centralized information management is also realized. Since there is a trail of who approved and signed the contract, it can improve operational efficiency and strengthen internal controls at the same time.
