to powerfully promote legacy migration using HUE
2024/12/19
(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter "WAP") has signed a partner alliance agreement with Nippon Information & Communications Corporation (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Denji Sakurai; hereinafter "NI+C"), an NTT Group company. The collaboration will establish an integrated system that covers consulting, license sales, product implementation, support, and operations using WAP's HUE, a domestically produced ERP system. Legacy migration will be promoted.

Provide new value by combining NI+C's experience with HUE
As a user of HUE, NI+C will utilize its accumulated operational know-how to consistently identify, build, and implement HUE solutions best suited to the requirements of leading companies. NI+C also has expertise in modernization*1, cultivated through maintenance of legacy systems of other companies and migration from mainframes, and can propose optimal solutions to social issues such as aging engineers and lack of successors.
WAP, on the other hand, will reflect the knowledge and requests of NI+C, a SIer, in its product development and strengthen cooperation with its partners to provide a support system that will deliver even greater peace of mind to customers. By combining the strengths of both companies, we will strongly support Japanese companies' migration from legacy systems.

2. Start offering from purchasing management system
NI+C will start providing HUE modules, starting with the purchase management system "HUE Purchase" from the HUE module group, and will gradually expand the range of modules to be provided. In particular, we will make proposals to EDI service users in the manufacturing industry, especially in the automotive parts industry, in combination with NI+C's solutions, to achieve sophistication and simplification of purchasing operations.
