HUE" collaborates with Microsoft's Microsoft Copilot
Pioneering Japanese vendor to utilize corporate data in real time with generative AI

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") has announced that its ERP package "HUE" for major enterprises will start working with Microsoft Copilot, an AI assistant provided by Microsoft, from July 2024. Generated AI searches the database in the ERP system HUE for payment requests, retrieves the necessary data in real time, and formats the list in a tabular format, along with links to the sources of responses.
2. "HUE" x "Microsoft Copilot Studio": Generative AI executes patterned business processes
HUE" and Microsoft Copilot Studio, which can customize Copilot for your company, work together to not only retrieve and format data, but also to automate business processes using ERP data, thereby improving business efficiency. While automating operations generally requires programming, Microsoft Copilot Studio can be set up with simple on-screen operations.
For example, if an investigation flow that occurs during a credit check is set up in Microsoft Copilot Studio, the generated AI will check past transaction histories and automatically make credit decisions to support the business.

Microsoft Japan is pleased to announce that HUE, an ERP package for major corporations from Works Applications Corporation, has started working with Microsoft Copilot, an AI assistant provided by Microsoft.
