　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") has won the "ITreview Grid Award 2023 Fall" for its development support tool ArielAirOne, a groupware and business development application platform for major enterprises, based on product reviews. This is the fifth consecutive year that ArielAirOne has received this award since the fall of 2022.

1. Judged based on approximately 115,000 reviews and awarded in four categories, including development support

　The ITreview Grid Award is based on approximately 115,000 reviews posted on ITreview, a review platform for business software and cloud services, from October 2018 to September 2023. Leader" and "High Performer" awards are given to products with the highest level of satisfaction; ArielAirOne was awarded Leader in the Development Support Tools category and High Performer in the Groupware, Workflow, and Low Code Development categories.

2. Awarded in recognition of system flexibility and diversity, as well as generous support.

　IT reviewers praised the ability to "create flexible workflows and forms," the diversity of the portal, and "support for version upgrades. The support team worked closely with user companies to address their potential demands and issues, and their efforts to propose appropriate solutions led to high praise.
