　(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP"), and the contract management platform provided by Lawyers.com, Inc. (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Ichiro Motoei; hereinafter referred to as "Lawyers.com"), have started API collaboration on July 31, 2012.

1. Easy setup and stress-free transition

　HUE Workflow is a cloud-based workflow service that digitizes a variety of internal approvals and applications, such as seal applications and equipment purchases, to achieve paperless and centralized information management. Through this linkage, contracts approved internally on HUE Workflow are transferred to CloudSign with a single click, allowing for the seamless completion of not only in-house electronic signature contracts, but also the transmission, execution, return, and storage of contracts to the other party, reducing the time required for internal approval and completion of contract execution.
　No special skills are required to set up the system linkage, which can be easily set up using only a browser. When the administrator actually sets up the flow, he or she simply drags and drops the "Contract Creation Task" onto the screen and selects Cloudsign in the "Electronic Signature Tool" section of the settings screen .

Accelerate business by shortening the time it takes to sign a contract
Simply digitizing an internal workflow can improve operational efficiency, but for subsequent contract signing tasks, paper contract documents require time-consuming tasks such as coming to the office for stamping, mailing the document, and waiting for the contract to be returned to the office. With this new linkage, the process can be completed seamlessly from in-house approval to contract signing, thus significantly shortening the time required to complete a contract and accelerating business.

HUE workflow makes it easy to check and remind progress even at the stage of internal application, and in the contracting process, cloud signing makes it easy to see at a glance what status the contract document is in, saving time and effort in checking. In addition, data can be stored by linking internal applications and contract documents, enabling centralized management of information.
