1. 94.7% response rate: 80% "satisfied" with the number of functions and stability of the product

　WAP conducts an annual customer satisfaction survey of ArielAirOne users. Each question is analyzed by comparing it to the previous year's trends, and the results are reflected in the development and support policies. This year's survey was conducted from the end of January 2011 to March 2011. The response rate was 94.7%.
　Of the user companies that responded to the survey, 93.3% said that ArielAirOne "contributes" to their business efficiency and productivity improvement. Regarding the evaluation of the product, approximately 80% of the respondents positively answered that they were "satisfied" with the product in terms of "richness of functions," "stability," and "operability," and 90.4% of the companies answered that they "would like to continue using" the product.

2. Support system that aims to solve problems together with user companies

　The Ariel Division has been working with user companies to focus on their potential problems and find solutions. Discussions with user companies to resolve issues are also reflected in product upgrades. As a result of these efforts to strengthen the support system, nearly 80% of the companies in the survey were "satisfied" with the support in terms of "accuracy," "ease of understanding," "sincerity," and "reliability.

3. "User Committee," a place where the know-how of 2,200 major companies can be gathered

　The "User Committee," made up of user companies, is also an essential part of using WAP products, including ArielAirOne, based on the concept of "no customization," "free version upgrades," and "high business fit (coverage). Because all user companies use the same products with no customization, users can interact with each other and gain know-how that can be used effectively in their own system operations. In addition to the sharing of know-how, it is also possible to build relationships with a wide range of user companies in other industries that use the same products such as "HUE" and "ArielAirOne," leading to the creation of business opportunities such as collaboration and cooperation. The existence of such a community is also largely attributed to the level of satisfaction and trust.

4. "ArielAirOne," a business development platform that makes the most of assets that are filled with specialties

　This groupware/low-code development tool is equipped with functions necessary for information sharing, such as an address book, calendar facility reservation, bulletin board employee notification, file management, approval workflow, customer management, and IT asset ledger. ArielAirOne was awarded the ITreview Grid Award 2022 Fall for Leader in the Development Support Tool category and High Performer in the Groupware, Workflow, and Low-Code Development categories.
