41 people passed the first evangelist exam, communicating the appeal of HUE and the need for DX
Jul. 26, 2023
(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as "WAP") has established an evangelist certification system to promote the appeal of its flagship domestic ERP, HUE, outside the company. The first certification exam was held last month, and 41 people were certified. Along with the first employee who was certified in January 2011, we look forward to the future activities of these evangelists.
In addition to promoting the company's products, the program also provides an opportunity for personal growth.
Evangelists are responsible for properly communicating the advantages of HUE and the need for DX to people outside the company, and there are four ranks of "Bronze," "Silver," "Gold," and "Platinum" depending on the content of the communication, with higher ranks attained toward "Platinum. The certification is also positioned as an opportunity for each employee to grow by taking pride in their products and business and acquiring the ability to correctly communicate outside of the company. The certification exam includes questions on "understanding of products and functions," "understanding of the company," and "ability to communicate to the outside world." Four employees passed the first exam as "Silver" and 37 as "Bronze.
On July 14, a party was held to celebrate their success. Qin said, "Presentations with love for the product will stick with people who are listening. I would like them to set a path for internal and external transmission. I hope that we can lead the way together. The evangelists commented, "I learned a lot about how to convey the appeal of our products. I would like to actively communicate the appeal of the products," and "I would like to do my best to advance to Silver, Gold, and Platinum status.
2. "Evangelists" are also active as speakers at events.
In January, Masaaki Fujiwara, a member of HUE's Product Department, was recognized as the first Evangelist in recognition of his many communications both inside and outside the company. The new Evangelists also participated in the "Company PR Time" at the "JX LIVE! 2023" event held by the Federation of New Economies in July. The newly added evangelists are expected to have more opportunities to play an active role in the future.
