At the same time, we will promote the use of Ariel. As a result, we were able to communicate with all of our customers, discussing issues and solutions.

(4) Improvement of SDK documentation for easy-to-understand custom app development. We will continue to move forward steadily from a medium- to long-term perspective.

◆Challenge to input-less world (Shogo Ishikawa, Executive Officer, ERP Development Division)
As a paperless system we have developed so far, we have introduced the concept of managing voucher data in accordance with the revision of the DENCHO Law, and have developed three new systems: (1) linkage of vouchers with external systems, (2) mobile image attachment capture and OCR analysis, and (3) paper and PDF capture without changing existing work flow. The three main functions are (1) voucher linkage with external systems, (2) mobile image attachment capture and OCR analysis, and (3) paper/PDF capture without changing existing workflow. In addition, together with a customer, we introduced the results of a significant improvement in electronic file upload time by eliminating the gap between higher resolution camera images and network speed.
As for our progress in the challenge of an input-less world, we have established a policy of developing functions that contribute to fundamental operational reforms in preapproval and master data management as digitalization of digital invoices and related operations.
We consider our primary mission to be how we can improve the business operations of the clients we serve. We would like to be an ERP that continues to grow based on the voices of our customers, so we would appreciate your continued feedback.

3. "User Committee," a place where the know-how of 2,200 major companies can be gathered

WAP products are based on the concepts of "no customization," "free version upgrades," and "high business fit (comprehensiveness). Because all user companies use the same product with no customization, we believe that users can gain know-how that can be effectively utilized in their system operations by interacting with each other. In addition to sharing know-how, UC also allows us to build relationships with a wide range of user companies in other industries that use the same products, leading to the creation of business opportunities such as collaboration and cooperation. Requests from user companies received through UC are also utilized in WAP's product development. The distance between the customer and the WAP product development department allows us to add functions that are more in line with practical business needs, leading to improved business comprehensiveness and convenience of the WAP products.
Currently, the UC holds not only regular annual meetings, but also subcommittee meetings and study sessions by product, theme, and industry, as well as function explanation meetings to promote the use of the products on a regular basis. Furthermore, starting this year, regular meetings are scheduled to be held twice a year. WAP will continue to promote information exchange among user companies through UC.
