(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as WAP) will participate in the Digital Technology Exhibition to be held at G-Messe Gunma (Takasaki City, Gunma Prefecture) from April 28 to 30 in conjunction with the G7 Gunma-Takasaki Ministerial Conference on Digital Technology, together with the Digital Agency. We will exhibit as the secretariat of the Digital Invoice Promotion Council (EIPA) together with the Digital Agency. We will introduce the Digital Invoice based on Peppol, an international standard specification, and show how it will revolutionize billing and payment operations in an easy-to-understand manner through video clips and other means. WAP employees will be on hand to answer any questions visitors may have. Advance registration is required to view the exhibition.

1. exhibiting as an EIPA organizer

At the exhibition, local governments, domestic companies, research institutes, and other organizations will display Products / Services and research results related to a wide range of technologies, including telecommunications, mobility, electricity, and systems. The Digital Agency and EIPA secretariat corporations Informart Corporation, TKC Corporation, and WAP will be in charge of the Digital Invoice exhibit.
Digitalization" (Digitalization), in which the business process itself is reviewed on the premise of digitalization, is considered essential for companies. If digital invoices based on Pepol, an international standard specification, become widely used, the entire accounting process, from invoicing to payment, and even payment cancellation, will be connected by digital data, which will not only improve the efficiency of the entire accounting process, but also promote the digitalization of contracts and order placement and receipt, which are processes that precede the digitalization of invoices, thereby promoting "digitalization of the entire business-to-business transaction. The digitalization of the entire business-to-business transaction process is also expected to progress.

2. Free yourself from cumbersome invoicing tasks and enter the input-less world.

WAP will exhibit videos and demonstrations of transactions using digital invoicing. You can see how the system (HUE Digital Invoice) automatically transmits invoice data and automatically completes the process of issuing payment requests and settling payments. Furthermore, by using ZEDI to process payments that include billing information, collection management is also automated, introducing an "input-less" world in which no input is required for each operation.
