　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") announced today that on March 1 it will collaborate with AIM Consulting K.K. (Minato-ku, Tokyo; President: Toru Okugawa; hereafter "AIMC") and HeartCore Inc. (Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President: Juntaka Jinno; hereafter "HeartCore").

　(Tokyo, Japan; President: Junko Jinno), HeartCore's DX promotion business utilizing process mining, task mining, etc., and Works Applications Group's SaaS product series "HUE Works Suite" including workflow and WBS tools, and AIMC's consulting services for internal audit departments, will work together to promote DX in companies. AIMC's consulting services for internal audit divisions will be collaborated to strengthen support for labor-saving internal control operations and identification and improvement of inefficient processes in companies.

1. Background of collaboration: Aiming to DX highly-personalized internal audits

　The roles and tasks required of internal audit departments, such as fraud prevention measures and support for subsidiaries and overseas offices, are increasing every year. However, it is not uncommon for companies to conduct internal audits with limited budgets, and internal audit departments are still dealing with a chronic shortage of human resources and without the use of IT systems. Internal auditing is a highly specialized area that requires specialized knowledge in areas such as accounting, labor relations, and IT, as well as business experience. The trend toward DX in such internal audits is imminent, and the use of IT is attracting attention as a new way to proceed with internal audits.

2. What will be achieved through the collaboration: Covering resource shortages and expanding the scope of audits

　We use tools to simplify complicated internal control operations and realize effective PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles by recording and analyzing daily operations. Process and task mining as an internal audit and J-SOX tool is expected to be effective specifically as "workflow management in J-SOX," "utilization for process audit," and "monitoring function. In addition, it is possible to expand the scope of audits while supplementing human resources to address issues such as insufficient resources in the internal audit department or being forced to respond to audits without know-how or experience.

Examples of use:
Updating the 3-point set (flowchart/business description/risk control matrix) by replacing the system, monitoring tool for overseas subsidiaries, creation of 3-point set for companies preparing for IPO, monitoring of fraudulent processing (check-and-balance effect), early detection of irregular processing, preliminary investigation in initial audit, business analysis tools, etc.
