We believe that Works Applications' "DX Initiatives" are (1) the very efforts to realize our mission and vision, (2) our commitment to our customers, and (3) our commitment to our business partners. Regarding our "Commitment to Customers," (2) we aim to contribute to the DX promotion of more customer segments through (3) the promotion of our ecosystem strategy, while realizing the acceleration of DX promotion by our customers based on our domestically produced ERP package software "HUE. 1. To realize our mission and vision
Since our establishment in 1996, we have been providing Products / Services mainly to major Japanese companies as a packaged software company of business applications. We have been promoting our business based on our corporate philosophy of changing the concept of "work" to make work more creative, increasing corporate productivity, and expanding corporate value. We will continue to develop our Products / Services further as an ERP-based solution provider that can be a partner in promoting DX for our customers.
2. Accelerate customers' DX with HUE, domestically produced ERP package software
Many major companies in Japan have spent a large amount of money investing in existing legacy systems or foreign packaged systems and customizing them to reflect the business characteristics of their administrative divisions, and the add-on development and maintenance costs have become a major barrier to DX promotion. The domestically produced ERP package software "HUE" reflects the business and functional requirements and unique business practices, etc. required by major companies, regardless of industry or business category, in a highly comprehensive standard package. The product concept also contributes to the reduction of TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) by responding to changes in laws, systems, and technology with free version upgrades. It enables the optimal allocation of resources not only for defensive DX, but also for aggressive offensive DX, thereby accelerating customers' DX activities.
3. Promote DX for a wider range of customers with our ecosystem strategy
In addition to the conventional direct sales channel and maintenance and support of our own products, we will also take new approaches such as providing hardware and third-party software through alliances with partner companies and indirect sales of Works products through sales agents. In addition to the large enterprises that have been our main customers to date, we will contribute to the promotion of DX by providing a one-stop shop for products and services to small and medium-sized enterprises and startups.
4. Achievements of DX promotion initiatives through the use of Products / Services
Works products are used by more than 2,200 customers in 320 corporate groups, mainly major Japanese companies, and are supporting the paperless and DX initiatives of Japanese companies regardless of industry or company size.

5. Organizational structure, internal environment, and human resource development for DX promotion
To promote DX within the company, we have established an IT Infrastructure Unit and an IT Security Unit in our internal IT department, and are building a system to promote workflow reform and data utilization. By developing a business system environment and data utilization infrastructure centered on our own products, we are also developing our own DX practices as a proposal model for our clients, and by promoting ERP implementation and highly effective data utilization, we are further supporting our clients in realizing DX management.

6. Thorough implementation of cyber security measures
We have established a basic policy on information security and set up an Information Security Committee for the purpose of implementing information security. In addition, we establish and maintain an information security management system and conduct internal audits on a regular basis.
