　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereafter "WAP") has added a new "Digital Send/Receive" function to its "HUE Digital Invoice" cloud invoice send/receive service, effective September 5, 2011. This will make it possible to completely paperless invoicing operations. The digital sending/receiving function can meet the requirements for qualified invoices, and invoices can be issued in compliance with the reduced consumption tax rate system and the qualified invoice preservation method (so-called invoice system).

1. Completely paperless through digital transmission and reception.

　In the past, digitalization of invoicing operations generally involved converting paper invoices received by mail or PDF invoices received as email attachments into digital data using AI-OCR or BPO operators, and then notifying business partners of the issued invoice via email. With the addition of this new functionality, invoices can be sent and received within the digital invoice network on HUE Digital Invoice, allowing companies already using HUE Digital Invoice to exchange invoices with each other without the need to output them to paper or PDF, as well as allowing users By inviting your business partners to join the HUE Digital Invoice Network, you can send and receive invoices to and from your business partners who have not yet adopted HUE Digital Invoice, simply by using HUE Digital Invoice.

2. Stress-free input-less world

　The invoice template used for digital sending and receiving can be selected from generic and qualified invoice formats, making it easy to comply with the invoicing system that will start in October 2011. Invoicing can be performed by simply importing a CSV file containing the necessary items to automatically issue multiple invoices at once and send them to each business partner using a specified invoice transmission method.
　The digital sending/receiving function released this time also supports digital invoices (standardized and structured electronic invoices) of standard specifications based on the international standard "Peppol," and can send and receive invoices with other companies' Peppol-compliant services.
　HUE Digital Invoice supports paperless and postless operations in the field and back office with intuitive and stress-free operation, and seamless integration with accounting systems to realize an inputless world.
