　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as "WAP") has launched a standard tool to integrate its fixed asset management system "HUE Asset" with Microsoft Dynamics 365, a cloud-based ERP service globally deployed by Microsoft Corporation. Microsoft Dynamics 365, a cloud ERP service offered globally by Microsoft Corporation. By connecting "HUE Asset," which is specialized for fixed asset management operations in Japan, to "Dynamics 365 Finance" through the standard tool, it will be possible to build in line with the concept of "Composable ERP" advocated by Gartner, Inc.

1. Background of the standard linkage between "Microsoft Dynamics 365" and "HUE Asset

　Fixed asset operations at major Japanese companies require a wide range of operational requirements depending on the type of business and business category, including not only depreciation calculations and tax reporting in accordance with the domestic tax system, but also parent and child asset management of factory equipment for manufacturers and determination of impairment signs for each store in the retail industry. When integrating domestic and overseas core systems using ERP developed by overseas manufacturers, it is easy to connect with other solutions to meet such business requirements unique to Japan, and there have been cases where such requirements were cut out and handled at the time of ERP implementation.
　HUE Asset, a system specialized for fixed asset management in Japan, provides a standard integration tool with Dynamics 365 Finance, a globally deployed cloud-based ERP solution, to ensure seamless integration at the time of construction. In addition to being able to link asset amortization and disposition journal entries, the system can also achieve advanced linkage that meets the requirement level of major companies, such as linking lease and real estate payments, synchronizing masters, and posting construction in progress based on purchase and accounts payable data.

　With this product collaboration, WAP and Microsoft Japan are strengthening their solution offerings as partners. In line with the concept of "Composable ERP," which combines the most suitable solution for each domain, we will promote the combined provision of HUE Asset and Dynamics 365 Finance, which support fixed asset operations in Japan. In addition, we plan to strengthen our sales collaboration in the future by holding joint seminars to introduce our solutions, collaborating with Microsoft Japan partners who provide "Dynamics 365 Finance", and listing "HUE Asset" on "Microsoft AppSource".
