(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata; hereinafter referred to as WAP) has entered into a strategic partnership with TD SYNNEX Corporation (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President: Shigetaka Kunimochi; hereinafter referred to as TD SYNNEX), a leading global distributor of partnership to strengthen WAP Products / Services offerings to small/medium-sized enterprises and start-ups nationwide.

TD SYNNEX's relationships with local partners and WAP's service lineup with a track record of 2,200 installations support the DX promotion of local companies.
WAP not only sells ERP and groupware directly to major companies, but also offers a wide range of products and promotes a multifaceted sales strategy. WAP offers a wide range of products and a diversified sales strategy in addition to direct sales of ERP groupware to major companies. In particular, our SaaS products can be easily introduced on a small scale and can be used by small, medium, and start-up companies, and we hope to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
As a leading global distributor, TD SYNNEX has a nationwide sales network in Japan. Against this backdrop, the two companies entered into a strategic partnership to create an ecosystem to solve the issues faced by companies in the region in promoting DX and complying with legal revisions, while leveraging the strengths of both companies.

These tools are designed to promote efficient business processes and communication in the field. We provide services that can be used immediately and easily with our advanced technological capabilities cultivated over many years and a UI that emphasizes ease of use, from DXing and automation of corporate information to effective use of knowledge through AI and machine learning (ML), including cloud-based workflow and AI-type chatbots. 2023 will see the introduction of the invoicing system and the revised HUE Digital Invoice, a cloud invoice sending/receiving service that complies with the Electronic Bookkeeping Act, is scheduled to be launched.
