 (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) has reaffirmed the values and sense of purpose that each and every employee of the Works Applications Group (hereinafter referred to as "WAP"), including the Company, should cherish, and has partially revised its "Mission Vision. We have partially revised the "Mission Vision.

 We have experienced stumbling blocks in the past, and we have struggled and struggled to reform and recover. We have been adhering to our Mission (corporate philosophy = raison d'être), which expresses our commitment to our customers and colleagues, and we have been "steadfast" in our efforts. Now that the results of our reforms are gradually becoming apparent and we are ready to turn to a "strong offensive," we have decided to redefine our Vision and 5Ways (action guidelines) to realize our Mission, and to publicize them so that our thoughts can be widely known.

 Our Mission, which was renewed in 2019, remains unchanged and continues to be our business objective to leave a significant impact/footprint on our customers, workplaces and society.

 We have redefined our Vision to realize our Mission. To develop Products / Services that continuously inspire together with our customers. To create an exciting field (work environment) that encourages employees to take on challenges and grow. We will lead the transformation of the digital society, and make everyone say "Wow! That is what we are aiming for.

5Ways Guiding Principles
   With customers: Understand customers' thoughts and feelings, and sublimate them to surprise and excitement together with customers.
Agile and Wow!: Constantly improve the customer experience by repeatedly and agilely implementing, improving, and structuring.
Move and Wow!: Recognize signs of change, think quickly, and move surely.
Everyone and Wow!: Recognize diversity, and act with integrity and fairness. Recognize diversity and respect each other with honesty and fairness
Pride and Passion for Wow! 5Ways : Believing in people's abilities and potential, each of us is a source of pride for WAP.

5Ways is a set of action guidelines for a group of critical workers who create "Wow! We will work together with our customers to ensure that actions (movements) are taken by turning a structured cycle of agile thinking. We believe that this is an essential element in leading the transformation of our fast-changing digital society. We also believe that each and every one of us should be proud and passionate about our work, and that working together as a solid team, while recognizing diversity, will encourage the growth of each and every employee and create more "WOW! This is what we have in mind.

2. New projects one after another, and steady progress toward recovery.

 After 2017, which was marked by delays in new product development and credit concerns triggered by excessive upfront investment, we sold our HR (human resources domain) business through a corporate divestiture in August 2019. We embarked on a painstakingly prepared structural reform centered on our AC (accounting domain), SCM (sales and procurement domain), and groupware package businesses.

 In 2021, we shifted to a holding company structure, creating a system that allows three operating companies in different phases of business development to operate their businesses with a sense of speed and in a position closer to customers and the frontlines. In July of the same year, we launched the "HUE Works Suite" series, a new SaaS product that is easy to use at the field level, including small and medium-sized companies and start-ups. In 2010, the company's mainstay package business for large companies showed a remarkable recovery, as large ERP projects that were in the process of being implemented continued to come on stream and new project orders came in one after another. The effects of a series of reforms have led to an improvement in our business performance, and we are steadily on the road to recovery.

 The 27th fiscal year (July 2010 to June 2011) is an important year for us to further solidify this progress. To this end, we reconfirmed our Mission at the beginning of the term and revised our Vision and 5Ways. Each and every one of our employees deeply empathizes and resonates with the Mission, and we will work harder than ever to realize it. We believe that this will lead to the digital transformation of various operations, lead the transformation of the digital society, and contribute to the improvement of productivity in Japan.
