A pilot program for this service will be launched in October, with an official release planned for early 2023.

HUE Digital Invoice Service Concept

1. in response to the voice of "affordable and easy to introduce" 2. in response to the voice of "affordable and easy to introduce" 3.

HUE Digital Invoice is an affordable and easy service for sending and receiving digital invoices. Companies that have not yet implemented an accounting system, as well as those that have already implemented an accounting system, can continue to use their current system while supporting the sending and receiving of digital invoices at a minimal cost. In addition, as "Digital Invoice Plus," a lineup that covers not only digital invoices but also a wide range of invoice-related operations, including paper invoices, will be introduced. The service can handle everything from sending and receiving e-mail and paper invoices to erasing and other operations.

Prior to the official release of the service, a pilot program is scheduled to begin in October, allowing users to try out the alpha version, experience its smooth operation, and consider its operation.

HUE Digital Invoice Plans

2. Integrated service from system connection to invoicing and receipt of invoices

In Japan, the public and private sectors are working together to develop and promote digital invoice standard specifications based on Peppol, an international standard. On the private sector side, the Digital Invoice Promotion Council is playing a central role, and Works was appointed as the secretariat of the Council as of September 1.

Digital invoices are sent and received on the Peppol network, which is communicated through access points provided by Peppol service providers. We believe that the services and costs provided by the service providers will play an important role in the proliferation of digital invoicing. Therefore, we plan to apply for certification of Peppol service providers in order to realize high service and low cost through consistent service delivery.
