　(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) announced today that HUE Workflow, a cloud-based workflow system provided by Works Applications Group, is now integrated with Adobe Acrobat Sign, an electronic signature service provided by Adobe Corporation (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tomonobu Kamiya). (Head Office: Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Tomonobu Kamiya), a cloud-based workflow system provided by HUE Applications Group, started API integration with Adobe Acrobat Sign, an electronic signature service provided by Adobe Systems Incorporated.

1. Overview of Collaboration

HUE Workflow is a cloud-based workflow system that digitizes various internal approvals and applications, such as seal applications, expense reimbursements, and equipment purchases, to achieve paperless and centralized information management. HUE Workflow is currently enhancing its linkage with other services to improve usability, and has recently established an API linkage with Adobe Acrobat Sign, an electronic signature service that boasts a high usage rate among users in Japan.

(2) What will be realized by the linkage (complete paperless from internal approvals to contract signing with external parties)

Contracts approved internally on HUE Workflow are transferred to Adobe Acrobat Sign with a single click, allowing for seamless completion of not only in-house electronic contracting, but also sending, signing, returning, and storing contracts with other parties. This reduces the time required for internal approvals and contract signing.

HUE Workflow" allows you to easily check the progress of internal applications and reminders, and also eliminates the need to check the progress of contract procedures by accessing "Adobe Acrobat Sign" at a glance. In addition, since internal applications and contract documents can be linked and stored together, centralized management of information is also realized. Since there is also a trail of who approved and signed the contract, the system improves operational efficiency and strengthens internal controls at the same time.

3. About "Adobe Acrobat Sign

Provided by Adobe, the developer of PDF, this is a highly reliable electronic contract solution with a long-term access guarantee that has the second highest overall usage rate in Japan and the highest rate among large companies with more than 1,000 employees*1. It streamlines contracting operations and reduces the cost of stamps, postage, and storage. This product includes 50 transactions*2, but it is also suitable for small startups as additional transactions can be purchased from one transaction and there is no fixed monthly cost.
