1. Details of the version upgrade
HUE Project Board" is a product that covers all the functions necessary for project progress management, such as Gantt chart and Kanban functions, and can be used intuitively with the familiar feel of spreadsheet software. In our interviews with users, we received many comments that project managers oversee several to more than a dozen projects simultaneously and are faced with the problem of grasping the overall status of the projects. In response to these customers' comments, we have implemented a dashboard function that allows project managers to check the status of projects across the board.
By viewing the project status from a bird's eye view, project managers can identify tasks and projects at risk of trouble at an early stage, and at the same time, when trouble does occur, they can easily formulate a recovery plan, greatly improving convenience for extremely busy project managers.
Functional Details
(1) You can check the status of all ongoing projects on the dashboard without having to open the task page of each project.
Fourteen different components, such as task status and man-hour status by person in charge, have been created as templates, and can be used immediately without complicated settings.
(2) On the dashboard, when there is a project or task status that you are interested in, you can immediately access detailed information.
2. Future version upgrade schedule
Based on customer feedback, we are adding standard functions in one to two month cycles at no charge. We plan to add components in the future, and are planning to add "a function to tally amounts" and "a function to manage/tally progress status even when customized for each project. We also plan to develop industry-specific templates.

Feature 1 Intuitive operation
Anyone can easily use the service, as it can be used with the familiar feel of spreadsheet software. There are no required fields for task registration, so users can easily register tasks even if the details of the task are not yet clear.
Feature 2 Start using immediately without initial setup
Just register an account and you can start using the software immediately. The system is equipped with sufficient functions to facilitate projects, and can be started at an introduction cost of zero.
Feature 3 Flexible use for each project
Even if the management method differs from project to project, it can be easily customized to meet the project's objectives. Custom items can be added freely, multiple pages with different management items can be created within a single project, and already created task pages can be copied and used interchangeably for flexible use.
