HUE Workflow" started to work with Cybozu's "Garoon

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) announced today that Works Applications Group's cloud-based workflow system "HUE Workflow" will be integrated with Cybozu's groupware "Garoon" (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Yoshihisa Aono). (headquartered in Chuo-ku, Tokyo; Yoshihisa Aono, President & CEO; hereinafter referred to as "Cybozu") will start API integration with "Garoon" groupware provided by Cybozu on August 16 (Tuesday), 2012.
To commemorate this linkage, we will launch the "Garoon Pack" campaign today, bundling the "HUE Workflow" introduction support pack free of charge for customers who are currently using or considering using Garoon.
1. What can be achieved by the collaboration?
■Check workflow in real time on the Garoon portal screen
You will be able to display HUE Workflow information as a portlet on the Garoon portal. The progress status of application documents and approval tasks can be checked in real time on the groupware, further improving the approval speed.
Workflow can be checked and approved from the groupware screen.
With single sign-on, you can move from Garoon to HUE workflow with a single click.
■Data linkage function that allows linking of user and organizational hierarchy information.
You can also export Garoon user information and organizational hierarchy information to HUE workflow.
HUE workflows can import data in any format through the data pipeline functionality, eliminating the need for interface development. If data processing is required for import, data can be easily merged or converted just like in Excel.
