HUE Workflow" and "Electronic Seal GMO SIGN" API Linkage for Electronic Contract Service

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) announced today that Works Applications Group's cloud-based workflow service "HUE Workflow" and GMO GlobalSign Holdings, Inc. (Head office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Mitsuru Aoyama), announced today that the two companies have started API collaboration on July 7 (Thursday) for the "Electronic Seal GMO Sign" electronic contract service.
1. Overview of Collaboration
HUE Workflow" is a cloud-based workflow service that digitizes a variety of internal approvals and applications, such as seal applications, expense reimbursements, and equipment purchases, to achieve paperless and centralized information management. Through this linkage, contracts approved internally on "HUE Workflow" are transferred to "Electronic Seal GMO SIGN" with a single click, allowing for the seamless completion of not only in-house electronic contracts, but also the transmission, execution, return, and storage of contracts to the other party, reducing the time required for in-house approval and completion of contract execution.

Accelerate your business by shortening the time it takes to conclude a contract
Simply digitizing an internal workflow can increase operational efficiency, but for the subsequent contract signing process, if the contract was a paper document, time would be required to come to the office, mail the document, and then simply wait for the contract to be returned to the office. With this new linkage, the process from in-house approval to contract signing can be completed seamlessly, which will greatly reduce the time required to complete the contract and accelerate business.
Simultaneously improves operational efficiency and strengthens internal controls
HUE Workflow" makes it easy to check the progress of internal applications and reminders, and in the contracting process, "Electronic Seal GMO Sign" makes it easy to see the status of the contract at a glance when accessing the system, eliminating the need for confirmation. In addition, the system can store data linking internal applications and contract documents, enabling centralized management of information. Since there is also a trail of who approved and signed the contract, the system improves operational efficiency and strengthens internal controls at the same time.
