We are pleased to announce that our "One" series has started API integration with various chat, videoconferencing, and calendar products of Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and LINE WORKS.

The way people work has been drastically changing due to recent technological advancements, DX promotion, and reforms in the way of working at Corona Disaster Management. Business communication is also becoming increasingly digitalized and diversified with the rapid emergence of business chat services and video conferencing services. Based on the product concept of developing additional standard functions based on customer feedback to improve user convenience, ArielAirOne will not only enhance the functionality of groupware, workflow, and development tools, but also realize seamless integration with other systems.

Supporting business efficiency by linking with the chat function
Notifications of schedules, workflow, etc., which previously could only be received via e-mail, can now also be received via chat services. This allows users to check information in real time, eliminating the hassle of having to visit multiple systems. Settings such as "receive schedules via e-mail and workflow notifications via chat service" can be arranged for each individual user.

Linkage with videoconferencing function contributes to improved productivity in teleworking
At the same time as creating a schedule in ArielAirOne, a video conference room can be created with a single click. The created videoconference room can be accessed from the "ArielAirOne" schedule page or from a notification by simply clicking on the URL. By setting the host of the appointment, breakout sessions and other functions of the videoconference room can also be used.

Centralized management of private and business schedules through calendar integration
With the spread of telework and changes in work styles, more and more business workers are taking time off from their day jobs to do side jobs or housework and childcare, and it is anticipated that there will be a need to manage schedules using multiple calendars in tandem.
