HUE Purchase" Begins Offering 3-Month Installation Support Pack for Medium-Sized Companies

(headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Masahiko Miyahara, President & CEO; hereinafter "WAPE") will begin offering a "3-Month Introduction Support Pack" for the HUE Purchase purchasing management system to support the short-term introduction of the system. In conjunction with the launch of this package, WAPE will also launch a campaign on July 5 (Tuesday) to waive a portion of the initial cost.

Background of the Campaign
Despite the recent change in awareness of DX, Japanese purchasing operations, from the circulation of internal applications to the sending of order forms and acceptance inspection, are still strongly based on the use of faxes and stamps.
One of the reasons for this is the delay in digitalization in the purchasing area. Analog business processes remain in many companies because they have not introduced purchasing systems in the first place, or because the systems introduced in the past have become legacy. When introducing a purchasing management system that covers the entire process from purchase request, order placement, to acceptance and acceptance inspection at medium-sized and large companies that require internal control, it generally takes more than six months due to the time required for interviews, configuration, and development in order to build a system that matches the company's business. We will offer the "introduction support fee" as part of the initial cost at zero yen on the premise that you use the "3-Month Introduction Support Pack", in which HUE Purchase is built using the standard workflow defined by WAPE. *Mainly (1) license fee and (2) introduction support fee are incurred as initial costs. In this campaign, the "introduction support fee" will be reduced. The amount of reduction will vary depending on the size of the company and the scale of the business, but a maximum of approximately 5 million yen will be reduced from the initial cost. |

*If you purchase the "3-Month Implementation Support Pack," we will propose a schedule that enables implementation in 3 months, based on the assumption that the standard workflow defined by WAPE is followed as is. If requirements not included in the standard workflow are required, we will provide an individual estimate at the time of proposal. HUE Purchase is a packaged software that is implemented by the client on their own initiative, and since we are in a position to support the implementation of the software, we are not obligated to complete the implementation. Therefore, the implementation period is subject to change depending on the project status.
