What will be realized through the system integration

While chat communication is becoming the standard, meeting schedule management and workflow application approval are managed by other tools, causing time and effort to visit multiple systems. This has created a need for users to visit multiple systems.
With this new integration, meeting schedules, workflow approval requests, and other information registered in "ArielAirOne" will also be notified in "Microsoft Teams" chat. This will allow users to check information in real time without having to go back and forth between multiple systems, eliminating the hassle of having to visit multiple systems.

Contributes to productivity improvement in hybrid work environments by supporting integration with the "Microsoft Teams" online meeting function.
In a hybrid work environment, it has become commonplace to hold internal meetings and business negotiations in the form of online conferences. When users set up meetings, they need to register attendees in the scheduling system and issue meeting room URLs in the online meeting system, which can be a time-consuming and labor-intensive process.

With this new linkage, when a meeting is registered on ArielAirOne, an online meeting URL for Microsoft Teams can be issued at the same time, allowing users to register a meeting in a single operation. After the meeting is registered, the online meeting URL is posted in the "ArielAirOne" schedule, allowing participants to join the online meeting from their own schedules on the day of the meeting.

Calendar integration with "Microsoft Outlook" enables users to check their private and business schedules at the same time.
With the recent spread of hybrid work and reforms in work styles, more and more business workers are taking time off from their day jobs to do side jobs or take care of household chores. It is expected that there will be a need to manage schedules using multiple calendars, for example, managing the schedule for the main job using the company's groupware schedule, while using a personal calendar service to manage the schedule for the side job or housework/childcare.
With this new integration, it will be possible to synchronize ArielAirOne's schedule with Microsoft Outlook.
