Background of the Campaign
As the digitization of application processing progresses, the introduction of workflow is on the rise, but the penetration rate of workflow among small and medium-sized companies and start-ups is still in its infancy (60% of companies with 100-1000 employees and less than 30% of companies with less than 100 employees). In addition, more than 40% of companies that have already implemented workflow are dissatisfied with the service, and it is said that they consider replacing it once every four years.
HUE Workflow will celebrate the first anniversary of its release in July 2022. HUE Workflow" has been used by a wide range of customers, not only major corporations, but also small and medium-sized companies and start-ups throughout Japan, by providing a highly functional workflow at an affordable price, utilizing our know-how cultivated through the development of ERP for major corporations.
To express our gratitude for the first anniversary of its release, we have prepared two campaigns to encourage more customers to experience the ease of use of HUE Workflow. We will contribute to solving issues in accordance with the customer's phase, such as when the customer wants to digitize applications to realize remote work and paperless work, when the customer wants to increase convenience by integrating with document management and electronic contract systems, and when the customer wants to DX back-office operations as a whole, including data analysis and utilization. We will help you solve issues according to your phase.

The normal monthly fee of 300 yen (excluding tax) per user will be waived for 3 months. 50 users or more can use the service with no upper limit. Recommended for first-time customers considering workflow implementation. This is recommended for first-time users. You can implement HUE Workflow yourself, but we also offer a menu of services to support your implementation. (*) Normally, the minimum number of users is 1 user, but the campaign applies to 50 users or more. |
The special pack of paid introduction support services, which normally costs about 1,000,000 yen, will be provided free of charge. This service is useful for users who are not satisfied with the workflow service they have already installed, are considering switching to another service, and are concerned about the migration process. (*) The introduction support service includes a training program for administrators, system environment setup, and form creation and flow creation for 10 cases each (regular price: 1,025,000 yen). Feature 1 Easy paperless
You can import Excel application forms and start using the system immediately. Application forms can be created in spreadsheet format and can be set up intuitively with familiar operation. Since it is equipped with functions that assume the use of paper application forms as they are, such as a stamping function, it is the fastest way to go paperless without the need to change the format from paper application forms.
Feature 2: Supports complex operations unique to Japanese companies
Flows can be created as if drawn on paper by drag and drop, and complex workflows can be easily set up with no code. Can be introduced and operated without specialized skills. Functions such as automatic determination of approval routes based on the applicant's organization, conditional branching based on the content of the application, proxy application and proxy approval, and seal impression can be easily configured to handle the complex operations of Japanese companies.
