HUE Workflow" and "freee Sign", an electronic contract service, are linked via API

(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Osamu Hata) announced today that Works Applications Group's "HUE Workflow," a no-code workflow service, and Site Visit Co. (headquartered in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Masato Kito, President & CEO; hereinafter referred to as "Site Visit"), announced the start of API collaboration on April 26 (Tuesday) for the "freee sign" electronic contract service provided by Work Applications Group.
Through this linkage, contracts approved internally on "HUE Workflow" will be transferred to "freee Sign" with a single click, enabling not only in-house electronic contracting, but also seamless completion of contract transmission to the other party, conclusion, return, and storage, reducing the time required for in-house approval and completion of contract conclusion.
1. Overview of Collaboration
HUE Workflow is a no-code workflow service that digitizes various internal approvals and applications, such as seal applications, expense reimbursements, and equipment purchases, to achieve paperless and centralized information management. FreeeSign is an electronic contract service that allows users to create, approve, send, conclude, and store a wide range of documents online. The two services are linked to each other, so that after an internal approval or application for an external contract is approved by "HUE Workflow," the subsequent contract signing process can be completed in one go, without having to print out and mail paper documents or upload data to other electronic contract services.
There are no usage fees or initial costs (*) for using this linked service.
(*)In order to use this integration service, "freeeSign" users need to subscribe to the API integration option and Light to ProPlus plans.
