- Enhanced Slack API Linkage and Reporting Functions

1. Details of the version upgrade
API Integration with Slack
Aiming to integrate with various communication tools, we have started API integration with Slack, which boasts a very high market share as a business chat tool. Notifications of approval requests, approval completion notifications, mentions of comments on workflow systems, and other content previously notified via e-mail can now be received via Slack as well. The link in the notification allows direct access to the relevant application form, enabling quick approval and confirmation responses, and reducing the time from application to final approval.
Enhanced Reporting Functions
HUE Workflow has a reporting function using application data as a basic function. Templates can be set to create reports that combine multiple applications, or aggregates separated by specific departments or time periods, and reports can be created automatically. Reports automatically created in the workflow can be viewed by any user with access privileges, and work sharing can be completed within the workflow. Information can be immediately deployed in real time.
The latest version of the software allows for the creation of composite graphs. This allows multiple pieces of information to be visualized in a single graph. This will broaden the scope of analysis, allowing for trends to be grasped by overlaying monetary values and ratios in a year-to-year analysis.
In the future, we plan to expand functions that promote the creation of information databases and the analysis and use of data, as well as to strengthen linkage with other companies' Products / Services to improve convenience. The enhancement of the reporting function is a part of these plans and will contribute to the development of organizations and businesses.

Feature 1
Application forms in Excel can be imported and started using the system immediately. Application forms can be created in spreadsheet format and can be set up intuitively with a familiar feel. Since the system is equipped with functions designed to use paper application forms as they are, it is easy to go paperless.
Feature 2
Even complex processing flows that cross over organizations can be easily set up with no code by creating flows as if they were drawn on paper using drag-and-drop. Functions such as automatic determination of approval routes according to the applicant's organization, conditional branching according to the contents of the application, proxy application and proxy approval, and seal impression can be easily configured to handle the complex operations of Japanese companies.
