HUE Announces Changes in Representative Directors and Board Members

We hereby announce that our Board of Directors has resolved at a meeting held today to make the following changes to our Board of Directors, and that we have also decided on personnel matters concerning the change of the Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. These and other changes will be finalized by resolution at the annual general meeting of shareholders scheduled for September 28 and the subsequent meeting of the Board of Directors.

Reason for the change
In April 2021, the Company will transition to a holding company structure to consolidate management functions and group-wide common functions in a holding company to enable flexible and appropriate distribution of management resources. At the same time, by clarifying the authority of each business subsidiary, we are operating the group under a system that speeds up the decision-making process and enables us to promptly provide better Products / Services to each of our customers. In order to further ensure cooperation with each business subsidiary and to maintain and continue management aimed at realizing our mission and increasing corporate value, we have decided to appoint Mr. Naoki Inoue, CEO, to the position of Special Advisor at the end of his term and Mr. Osamu Hata, COO, to the position of CEO and Representative Director. In addition, Mr. Masahiko Miyahara, Mr. Takayuki Aoki, and Mr. Kenichi Yoshida, President and CEO of each business subsidiary, who have been with our customers for 20 years since joining our company, will be appointed as directors.
