HUE Expense" and JTB's business trip arrangement service "J'sNAVI Jr.

(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Inoue), has announced that it has launched a partnership with JTB (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masamitsu Shibuya; hereinafter "JTB Business Travel Solutions").
Background of Collaboration
As the new coronavirus has caused a shift to a new way of working in the new normal era, there is a growing need for operational efficiency and digitalization in the indirect departments as well.
Against this backdrop, JTB Business Travel Solutions and WAPE have agreed to collaborate to further improve the efficiency of accounting operations by strengthening the linkage between J'sNAVI Jr. and HUE Expense, an expense reimbursement system for major companies provided by WAPE. This collaboration is aimed at further streamlining accounting operations and promoting the shift to paperless accounting.
What the collaboration will achieve
In the past, when business travelers were reimbursed for expenses, they were required to enter each expense incurred into the expense reimbursement system individually. Through this collaboration, usage data in "J'sNAVI Jr." can be imported directly into "HUE Expense," preventing input errors and improving operational efficiency. Furthermore, since the expenses are billed to the company, there is no need for individual reimbursement or temporary payment, leading to a cashless system and preventing unauthorized use of the system.
About J's NAVI Jr.
J'sNAVI Jr. is a cloud-based business travel arrangement service that can arrange airline tickets, bullet trains, and hotels in conjunction with workflow and expense reimbursement systems, and has been introduced by over 100 companies. By introducing this service, it is expected to prevent fraud and reduce business trip costs by visualizing the details of arrangements. It is also possible to link corporate card statement data, which contributes to operational efficiency not only in travel and transportation expenses but also in general expenses.

About HUE Expense
This is a highly usable expense reimbursement system that utilizes the know-how of an ERP package that has been introduced by more than 2,000 companies. In addition to integration with external services, the system is focused on "ease of use" in Japanese companies and supports complex allowance calculations with standard functions. It also contributes to a paperless office environment by continuously complying with the Electronic Bookkeeping Law.

The system provides a wealth of functions to support the applicant's input work, including details with an Excel-like feel, "Suggest" that displays input candidates, date selection in calendar format, and automatic calculation and completion using "Item Calculation Settings".
