(Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Inoue; "Works") is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the "Hataraku Ale 2021" award by the Benefits Recognition and Certification Review Committee as a corporation with outstanding benefits that will continue into 2020. Hataraku Yale 2021" by the Benefits Recognition and Recognition Screening Committee.

The Hatara Yale program recognizes companies, organizations, and municipalities that are making efforts to enhance and utilize their employee benefit programs. At WORKS, we believe that our employees are the driving force behind the Products / Services we provide to our customers, and we employ "critical workers," people with advanced problem-solving skills, to provide an environment where they can continue to take on challenges with peace of mind.

In the area of employee benefits, for example, the "Works Milk Club," a system designed to provide an ideal system for female mothers to "enjoy working," has been utilized by many employees. In addition, in response to the new strain of corona, we were one of the first companies to thoroughly implement teleworking to minimize the risk of infection among employees.

The key point that earned Works a high evaluation was precisely the perspective of system operation and enhancement. The utilization of the benefit programs provided by the company is high, and the company's provision of benefits to a diverse range of employees, including non-regular employees, was highly evaluated. We will continue our efforts to provide a better environment by flexibly responding to changes in society and employee needs.

What is Hataraku ALE (Employee Welfare Award and Certification System)?

It is a system to commend companies, organizations, and municipalities (hereafter referred to as "corporations") that are making efforts to enhance and utilize employee benefit programs. With the aim of further promoting and developing employee benefit programs, the program certifies and awards corporations that promote employee benefit programs and excellent employee benefit corporations that are making particularly outstanding efforts in this area.

The evaluation criteria are mainly based on the following perspectives
How well the corporation understands its personnel and labor issues, and how well it addresses these issues through the use of employee benefit programs.
・How well the corporation positions the purpose of its employee benefit programs, and how effective these programs are in meeting that purpose, and the methodologies used to understand these programs.
・How well the corporation has developed its employee benefit programs, and how well they are currently being implemented. How well are the benefit programs in place, and are there any directions for future enhancement based on the current situation?
Are benefit programs available not only to full-time employees but also to a diverse range of employees, including non-regular employees?
Are the benefit programs in place being fully utilized?
・Do management and benefit managers have sufficient philosophy, policy, and commitment to the benefit programs? Are the principles, policies, and aspirations of management and benefits staff for benefits initiatives sufficient?
・Does the degree of voluntary turnover, etc.
