HUE Chatbot, an AI dialogue tool, is officially released

(HQ: Minato-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Naoki Inoue; hereafter "Works") will begin offering the AI dialogue tool "HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Chatbot (hereafter "HUE Chatbot")" on February 18, 2021 (Thursday). HUE Works Suite DX Solutions Chatbot ("HUE Chatbot"), an AI dialogue tool, will be launched on February 18, 2021.
HUE Chatbot is a chatbot developed by leveraging the AI know-how cultivated at the Works Applications Tokushima Artificial Intelligence NLP Laboratory*1 since 2017. Equipped with Japan's largest language processing dictionary*2, Chatbot can respond to inquiries from inquirers with a high degree of accuracy, even when the language is shaky, which has conventionally been an issue with chatbots.
Chatbot is an abbreviation for "bot (robot)" that "chats" and is a program that automatically engages in conversation, mainly through text. Chatbots are used to reduce man-hours at call centers by automatically answering end-users' questions when they enter them in a text input window that appears when they visit a website.
With the recent Corona disaster, there is an increasing need to improve the customer experience and business efficiency in non-face-to-face (online) customer service. This product is part of the HUE Works Suite DX Solutions lineup, a new SaaS-type business series. Since the product is provided as a cloud service, users can take advantage of additional functions provided with each update even after they start using the product.

Works' Tokushima Artificial Intelligence NLP Laboratory has developed the largest dictionary for Japanese language processing in Japan, SudachiDict, which can respond to users with expressions that are comfortable for them.
(2) End users only need to select an option! Assists easy and qualified dialogue
Depending on the language of the inquiry, there may be multiple possible answer candidates. In such cases, HUE Chatbot automatically picks up candidate words and presents them to the end-user so that the end-user only needs to select the best answer.
(3) The person in charge at the introducing company can create FAQs and register user-specific dictionaries on the fly
Unlike conventional chatbots, FAQs can be created and added with non-programming. Even scenario-based creation can be easily created through intuitive on-screen operations. User-specific dictionaries, such as industry terms and internal company terms, can be registered as soon as they are needed to be added, expanding the chatbot's range of support in response to changes.
(4) PDCA after operation is also ensured with the full range of administrator support functions.
What is important in the operation of a chatbot is to improve it so that it can be used more effectively and efficiently, It also automatically categorizes questions that were not answered well and shows you which ones are the most important to improve. This is a research institute specializing in natural language processing (NLP, Natural Language Processing), established by Works in Tokushima Prefecture in February 2017.
