(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masahiko Miyahara; hereinafter "WAPE"), a subsidiary of Works Applications Corporation (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Naoki Inoue; hereinafter "Works"), has started service collaboration with HUE, an ERP package software for major corporations. HUE is an ERP package software for major companies.
Billing Management Robo" connects credit management and financial accounting in "HUE" and contributes to the streamlining of billing operations by automating the automatic sending of invoices and the automatic payment cancellation.
About the Linkage of "Billing Robo" and "HUE
Billing Management Robo" is a cloud service that reduces billing work by approximately 80% by automating the issuing and sending of monthly invoices, payment collection, payment management/deletion, and reminder. HUE is particularly well suited for recurring billing, and can reduce the bloating of billing costs that tends to occur when the number of customers increases in a subscription model.
HUE" is an ERP software package for major companies. The "HUE" series includes various systems essential for corporate management and operations, such as finance, accounting, purchasing and procurement, and business process management. More than 2,200 companies (approximately 300 corporate groups) use HUE, and it boasts a high level of satisfaction with a 94% retention rate.
<What can be achieved through the linkage>
This linkage will make it even easier for the Billing Management Robot to use information from HUE (credit management) to automatically issue and send invoices, and to erase payments, thereby improving operational efficiency. In addition, journal data from "Billing Management Robo" can be easily and automatically linked to "HUE" (financial accounting).
This enables the following optimal billing workflow to be provided to "HUE" users.
